شكراً لتسوقكم في PIN  نحن ندرك أهمية وصول طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان، ولذلك نعمل مع أفضل شركات الشحن في مصر لضمان تجربة تسوق مريحة. يرجى قراءة التفاصيل التالية لمعرفة سياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا.

-1 مناطق التغطية

نقوم بالشحن حالياً إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

-2 أوقات معالجة الطلب

  • بعد إتمام طلبك، يقوم فريقنا بتجهيزه وتاكيده في خلال  24 إلى 48 ساعة عمل.
  • يرجى العلم أن أيام العمل الرسمية لدينا هي من الأحد إلى الخميس,  الطلبات التي يتم تسجيلها يومي الجمعة والسبت أو في العطلات الرسمية، يتم البدء في معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.

-3 تكلفة الشحن

يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناءً على عنوان التوصيل وتظهر بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب.

نظام التكلفة لدينا هو:

  •   115جنيهالاسكندرية و البحيرة  
  •   125جنيه  القناة و الدلتا 
  •   142 جنيه شمال الصعيد
  •   159 جنيه جنوب الصعيد
  •   182جنيه سيناء و الوادي الجديد.
  • نظام الشحن المجاني (عرض): استمتع بـ شحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 2000جنيه مصري, او 3000جنيه في بعض المحافظات

-4مدة التوصيل المتوقعة

تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المحافظة:

  • القاهرة، الجيزة، الإسكندرية: التوصيل خلال   1 إلى 2 أيام عمل من تاريخ شحن الطلب.
  • محافظات الدلتا والقناة: التوصيل خلال   3  إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ شحن الطلب.
  • محافظات الصعيد والبحر الأحمر و باقي المحافظات: التوصيل خلال   3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ شحن الطلب , ملاحظة: هذه المدد تقريبية وقد تحدث تأخيرات نادرة بسبب ظروف الطريق أو ضغط العمل لدى شركات الشحن.

-5تتبع الطلب

بمجرد تسليم طلبك لشركة الشحن، سنقوم بإرسال رسالة نصية (SMS) أو بريد إلكتروني يحتوي على رقم التتبع ورابط لمتابعة حالة الشحنة مباشرة، حتى تكون على علم بموعد وصولها.

6-استلام الشحنة وضمان الجودة:

  • بناءً على سياسات شركات الشحن المتعاقد معها، لا يُسمح بفتح الشحنة قبل دفع قيمتها والتوقيع بالاستلام.
  • لكن لا داعي للقلق، حقك محفوظ بالكامل! إذا قمت بفتح الشحنة بعد استلامها ووجدت أي عيب صناعة، تلف، أو استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً، كل ما عليك هو التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام، وسنقوم باستبدال المنتج فوراً أو استرجاعه بالكامل مجاناً وفقاً لسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.
  • نرجو منك فقط التأكد من سلامة الكرتونة أو الغلاف الخارجي قبل استلامها من المندوب، وفي حال كان الغلاف ممزقاً أو مفتوحاً بشكل مسبق، يرجى رفض الاستلام وإبلاغنا فوراً.

1. Coverage Areas

We currently ship to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Order Processing Times

After your order is placed, our team will prepare and confirm it within 24 to 48 business hours.

Please note that our official business days are from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and are clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming the order. Our pricing structure is as follows:

Cairo & Giza: 109 EGP

Alexandria & Beheira: 115 EGP

Canal & Delta: 125 EGP

North Upper Egypt: 142 EGP

South Upper Egypt: 159 EGP

Sinai & New Valley: 182 EGP

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by governorate:

Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days from the shipping date.

Delta and Canal Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

Upper Egypt, Red Sea, and Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

(Note: These times are approximate. Rare delays may occur due to road conditions or high shipping volumes.)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we will send you an SMS or an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly, so you know exactly when it will arrive.

6. Receiving the Shipment & Quality Assurance

Based on the policies of our partnered shipping couriers, opening the shipment before paying and signing for receipt is not permitted.

However, there is no need to worry—your rights are fully protected! If you open the shipment after receiving it and find a manufacturing defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong product, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will immediately replace the product or issue a full refund for free, in accordance with our return policy.

Please just verify the condition of the outer carton or packaging before accepting it from the courier. If the packaging is torn or appears previously opened, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
